For more than a year, Versatile Words was the exclusive writing and editing partner for the Lenovo Solution Guide, an ambitious project managed by the Kreber marketing agency. A quarterly marketing publication of the huge PC maker, the Solution Guide was aimed at large-budget enterprise customers. In contrast with our work on Lenovo’s series of home- and school-oriented Value Catalogs, this was much more editorial, highlighting Lenovo products and services in the context of timely IT needs and issues.
We served as managing editor of the magazine; our team of writers provided comprehensive editing to (very) rough notes and drafts provided by Lenovo marketing managers. A highly successful effort that was recognized throughout Lenovo’s Raleigh, NC-based North American operations.
